Your subscription includes all courses currently in the WMHI library, plus any new courses released while your plan is active.
Yes. You’ll receive a certificate of completion for each course you finish. You can download it as a PDF and share it with your employer or on LinkedIn.
Monthly bills every month; yearly is billed once per year at a lower effective monthly rate. Both renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Yes. Change your billing cadence from your account area. The new term starts after your current term ends (or immediately if proration is available and selected).
Team plans are per-member. The seat count = quantity you purchase. You can add more seats later; billing updates automatically.
You can choose whether the team owner occupies a seat. Many owners do, but it’s optional.
Yes. Team owners can update the team name and transfer ownership to another member from the team dashboard.
Add seats anytime from your dashboard. New seats are activated immediately and aligned with your current billing cycle.
You’ll keep access until the end of your paid term. After that, access stops, but your earned certificates remain downloadable.
Because subscriptions grant full library access, refunds are generally not provided after access has begun. If you believe there’s been a billing error, contact support and we’ll review it promptly.

Yes for Enterprise and some larger Team plans. We can provide invoicing, vendor onboarding, and payment by bank transfer where required.
